Join a Pond Advisor for a guided tour of our Northamptonshire HQ. Discover first-hand how ponds and water features make you feel in the real world as we explore the gardens and living art gallery.

Guided Discovery Tour – Hosted by TEAM AnyPond

Join us for a friendly walk-through. We will reveal the secrets behind your favourite type of water feature, explain how a good water feature should work for you, not the other way around, working with Mother Nature and the ecosystem's balance, and answer your basic questions about where the pumps are, what plants you need, and why we have crystal-clear water.

Ideal for: Homeowners dreaming about a new build, or anyone who prefers expert commentary to an audio guide.

Meet-the-Fish Encounter – Hands-On

Get up close with our resident fish. Learn about their habits, feeding, and care while enjoying a relaxed, hands-on encounter by (and above) the ponds.

Roll up your sleeves and interact with our tame koi, and if you're lucky and the weather is suitable, other creatures might be interested.

Learn safe feeding techniques, feel the gentle brush of our curious colourful koi carp (beware, some are not so gentle; however hungry they will not hurt you), and discover how to keep fish healthy all year round with or without feeding them.

Includes:

• Hand-feeding session with different premium feeds

• Keepsake photos of your visit

Ideal for: Families, budding young aquarists, or anyone who's ever wondered what a koi's scales feel like.

Immersive Pond Experience – Full Experience

Step into the world of ponds with an immersive visit to The Pond Advisor HQ. Explore working water features, learn practical tips, and experience ponds from a pond professional's perspective.

Spend up to 15 minutes in the Koi Palace. Feeding the fish from inside the water, you'll experience the fish in their domain – water shoes, dry robes, and towels can be provided! Please note that we don't have hot showers or dedicated changing areas.

The Koi Palace is a large recreational pond in the gardens. Although it's not 100% safe, it's no safer than getting into any natural body of water, such as lakes, the sea, or rivers.

Includes: 15-min feeding and breathing session (max 3 guests at one time)
