DecoBasin - Water Feature Reservoir

The Aquascape DecoBasin is designed to remove the guesswork of installing small decorative water features in your garden.

The Aquascape DecoBasin has a 57 litres water capacity (12.5 Imperial gallons), minimising the time spent filling the water feature. A pre-drilled hole in the basin's centre makes it easy to hook up your plumbing, and the 135cm (54-inch) splash skirt prevents leakage due to water splashing out.

Handling flow rates up to 1,500 gallons per hour, the DecoBasin is easy to install and ideal for use with a wide variety of water features. Its lightweight and durable construction provide sufficient strength and weight distribution, supporting weights up to 25kg (50 pounds).

Installation Instructions 

STEP 1 • Dig a hole approximately 24" wide and 18" deep with the surrounding soil sloping toward the DecoBasin. Place the DecoBasin in the hole. Then, level and backfill the basin into its final position. 

STEP 2 • Center the splash skirt over the lid of the DecoBasin. The splash skirt allows water to flow back into the DecoBasin, reducing water loss due to splash-off. 

STEP 3 • Connect the water feature plumbing to the water pump (not included). Then, place the pump into the DecoBasin with the plumbing running through the center hole. 

STEP 4 • Set and level the water feature on top of the basin. Then, cover the lid and splash skirt with a layer of 1" to 2" gravel or river stone (not included). Fill the DecoBasin with water, plug in the pump, and enjoy.
