What is a Water Feature Reservoir? A Water Feature Reservoir is an underground container designed to store water for garden water features. It serves a dual purpose by housing the recirculating pump and plumbing system essential for the functioning of the water feature. Water is pumped up through the garden water feature, creating a captivating display, and then gracefully cascades back down into the reservoir. Proper placement and installation of this reservoir are vital to ensure the efficient operation of the water feature.

Key Features:

  • Spacious Capacity: Holds up to 370 litres of water for your creative water features.
  • Sturdy Design: Supports a weight capacity of 500 kilograms, ensuring durability and stability.
  • Impressive Flow: Handles flow rates of up to 15,000 litres per hour, offering endless possibilities.
  • Ample Dimensions: With dimensions of 113cm x 113cm x 40.64cm, it provides ample space for creativity.
  • Versatile Use: Create a captivating 2-meter long and 30cm wide pondless waterfall to enhance your outdoor space's natural beauty.

Installation Tip: Start by choosing the perfect spot for your garden water feature and commence excavation for the AquaBasin 45. Next, position the AquaBasin carefully in the hole, making sure the top of the basin is below the height of the garden soil; you want the basin to be in the ground. It's easier to dig a little deeper than raising the level of the soil around the basin. Ensure the AquaBasin is level both from side to side and front to back. If necessary, use gravel or screening material to create a level base. Secure it in place by backfilling loose fill soil or pea gravel around the edges. This step guarantees a stable foundation for your water feature's flawless operation. After completing the excavation, compact the area well to prevent settling.
