This easy-to-use water treatment contains a powerful blend of beneficial bacteria, a phosphate binder, a flocculant, and a pond detoxifier.

The beneficial bacteria blend in this mix includes lithotrophic, heterotrophic and photosynthetic bacterial strains, keeping pond water healthy, beautiful, and safe for pond fish.

The included phosphate binder locks up excess nutrients that could otherwise affect water quality, and the flocculant quickly clears cloudy water by clumping suspended debris. To clear cloudy water, turn off any pumps or circulation systems and spray the Maintain on the surface.

A pond water detoxifier is added to the formulation to remove and detoxify chlorine, chloramine, heavy metals, and other toxins, making your pond water safe for fish and plants. Maintain for Ponds is safe for fish, plants, pets, and wildlife.

We have Maintain for Ponds available in the UK market in two types of containers: pump-top bottles that treat different volumes of pond water. 

The 236ml, 473ml, and 1L bottles all of these bottles dispense enough to treat 378L of pond water with a single pump. 

We also have bottles that serve as refills for the dosing systems. The SL bottles are compatible with the Aquascape Automatic Dosing System. 

Aquascape Automatic Dosing System water treatments are also specially formulated to maintain ponds containing fish and plants.
