COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Update

Our online store is still open, here is the update on Coronavirus!!

Our online sales are currently running as normal as possible, so customers can get items they may need to care for their aquatic friends.

We will NOT be open for collection and it goes with out saying our planned events are postponed. Please stay at home and have your essential items delivered. For those of you that struggle with ordering online we can take your order via mail order and the telephone.

Here at Any Pond Limited we want to prioritise the health of our beloved aquatic animals as well as our customers. We also believe at this time our gardens and ponds can have a huge impact on our mental health. Building a small wildlife pond in your garden is a great way to exercise, get the whole household involved.

We believe our role serving customers and the community during this time is a critical one, and we want to make sure our customers can get the items they need, when they need them. As COVID-19 has spread, we've recently seen an increase in people reaching out to see if we are still open and shopping online. This has had an impact on how we serve our customers, but we are working to ensure availability of essential products.

For the latest information and advice on COVID-19, please refer to the latest updates by the UK Government.

Our most asked questions:

1. Can we still shop and place an order? Do you deliver or will you be able send out my parcel?

Yes, we are continuing to operate and serve our online customers, as long as the pallet and postal services are collecting.

When selecting a delivery address, be aware that main companies and businesses may be closed and unable to receive parcels. Please do not ask us to leave your parcel with a neighbour.

2. Are delivery times affected?

The delivery times are just not guaranteed at the moment. We are working to ensure we can continue to deliver to customers, many of whom have no other way to get essential items. We are prioritising the intake and dispatch of items most needed by our customers right now. These are items such as fish and other pet foods, health and care products, As a result, please note that delivery times for some items may be longer than usual at the moment.
Contact us for more information and stocking levels.

3. Is it possible to return items?
Yes, you can continue to return items.

4. Is it safe to receive orders?
The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. You can find the latest information on COVID-19 on the information pages of the UK Government and the World Health Organization.

5. Contactless deliveries, is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance. Again we can’t deliver to your neighbours for you to collect but we can ask to leave in an agreed safe place.

Thanks for your continued support, please stay safe.

We are a husband and wife team and health and safety has been stepped up. We will make every effort possible to continue our service, but please understand that delays to deliveries or re stocking issues may be experienced.
